Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead received his Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery from the University of London and his Licentiate Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1974.  After completing a Residency at King’s College Hospital in London, he practiced dentistry in the United Kingdom, Kenya and Saudi Arabia for a period of 10 years. In 2001 he became the Clinical Director of Post-Doctoral Endodontics at Boston University. Dr. Ollerhead is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.

Paul Kuo, MD, DMD

Dr. Paul C Kuo is a graduate of the Har vard Medical School and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He also holds a Master’s degree in Anatomy from Harvard University. He did his residency training in general, maxillofacial, and oral surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital. In addition, he spent one year specializing in orthognathic surgery at the University of Washington of Seattle. Dr. Kuo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians.
