Thomas R. Ollerhead, DMD, CAGS

Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead received his Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery from the University of London and his Licentiate Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1974.  After completing a Residency at King’s College Hospital in London, he practiced dentistry in the United Kingdom, Kenya and Saudi Arabia for a period of 10 years.

Willie L. Stephens, DDS

Dr. Stephens graduated from the University Of California School Of Dentistry in 1973. He completed his Internship and Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1976. Dr. Stephens also spent four years as the Director of the Residency Training Program in OMS at Martin Luther King, Jr. General Hospital in Los Angeles. Dr. Stephens has extensive experience in multi-unit implant cases, bone grafting, full and partial jaw reconstruction, facial trauma surgery and TMJ.
